Arrive in good time for your appointment ( we allow 15 minutes discrepancy) or you will have to reschedule and lose your deposit.

Understand that only the client has the appointment! Friends and supporters are welcome, but will have to wait in the waiting area.

Understand that 72 hours is necessary to arrange a new appointment. Appointments after that will have to result in the loss of your deposit.

Microblading method is not for everybody. Please be aware that this treatment may not be suitable for you of you have excessive amounts of natural oils in your skin. If you feel this is condition you have please do send in a picture of your eyebrows and we can assess and evaluate if this treatment would be beneficial to you. All monies paid including deposit are non refundable.

A £50 NON refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Please be aware that once your appointment is booked you will be unable to amend the date or time without losing your deposit.If you would like to come in for a consultation to discuss your options prior to the treatment date, the £50 will be deducted from the final price of your treatment. This can be paid via payable advised that the microblading process consists of two separate treatments ( initial
treatment and top up)

On the date of appointment it is mandatory to confirm attendance via telephone, text or email. failure to do may result in cancellation of your appointment.
